Stand Up Paddling (also known as SUP), is a combination of surfing and traditional canoeing or kayaking. Generally , a rider stands up straight on a larger version of a longboard surfboard known as a paddlesurf board. Using a canoe-like paddle a rider propels themselves steadily across the water's surface. For more information on riding in the waves check out our page on Paddle Boarding.

What is Kiteboarding?
Kiteboarding, also known as kitesurfing or flysurfing, it is like snowboarding or skateboarding on water. Kiteboarding is a mixture of surfing and wakeboarding.
The kite is powered by the wind and steered by a control bar in the hands of the rider. With different size kites, a rider can kiteboard in various wind strengths. The kite can be flown in specific patterns to generate greater power or can be used to jump through the air. Also with the kite a rider is free to chase the wind and go where ever they want! For more information on riding on the waves check out our page on kiteboarding lessons.
Compared to windsurfing, wakeboarding and surfing, kiteboarding is an easy sport to learn. We break it down to four hours of learning. We start by discussing SAFETY! What to look for in the wind, positioning the kite, rules on the water and more! On the beach we practice what we just learned in the classroom. We will use a small trainer kite and Master the skills! After that we practice SAFETY, and use an inflatable kite on the water. Most of our students are able to kiteboard after two or three lessons from our PASA certified kiteboarding instructors.
Other Entertainment and Water Sports
We also offer other water spots like tubing, water skiing, wakeboarding, dolphin tours, sunset and moonlight cruising, and much more. For more information on fun and riding in the waves check out our page on Cruising/Water Sports.
